That said, your happiness matters to us! If there is a problem with your order (such as damage during shipping or a mistake on our end), please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Each lei is handmade to order or selected from trusted Hawaiian artisans, so please allow time for careful prep and packaging.

Processing Time:

• Custom Ribbon Leis: Please allow 7–10 business days before shipping

• Standard and Hawaiian Artisan Ribbon Leis: Ready to ship within 2–3 business days

• Apparel or Tote Bags: 3–5 business days 

Shipping Options:

• Standard USPS or UPS Ground

• Tracking number provided upon shipment

• Local pickup available (based in California – contact for details)
