We’re so happy to help you celebrate with a Sweet Lei! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
- **Ready-to-Ship Leis:** Processed within **3–5 business days**
- **Custom Orders:** May take **7–10 business days** depending on design and availability
- You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods
We ship via **USPS** and **UPS**, based on your location and selection at checkout.  
All orders include **tracking information** once shipped.

Packaging
All leis are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive looking beautiful and celebration-ready. We use tissue, ribbon ties, and recyclable boxes for a personal and eco-conscious touch.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to get your order out promptly, please allow extra time during peak seasons (like graduation or holidays).  

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, The Sweet Leis Co. is **not responsible for delays** or lost items due to shipping issues. If your item is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 07/15/2025

Each lei at The Sweet Leis Co. is made with love, care, and personalization. Because our products are handcrafted and often custom-designed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, with a few exceptions outlined below.

Custom & Handmade Orders

All sales are **final** once a custom order is confirmed and paid for.

This includes:
- Personalized or themed ribbon leis
- Made-to-order color combinations
- Artisan leis sourced from Hawaiian creators

Please double-check all custom details before submitting your request. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To request a resolution:
- Contact us within **3 days of delivery**
- Email us at aloha@thesweetleisco.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer:
- A replacement (if feasible)
- Or a partial refund, depending on the situation

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, The Sweet Leis Co. is not responsible for shipping delays or lost items.
